Shipping Rates
Shipping to any destination is calculated by weight and carrier options. Real time shipping rates are provided during checkout from a variety of carriers. We will attempt to ship by the method the customer selects upon checkout but on occasion we may need to ship by an alternative carrier or method due to shipping cost volatility or other reason.
All orders over $500 will be shipped with signature required.
Free Shipping Policy
When an order qualifies, free shipping is valid only for orders placed on www.spacelab.systems and shipped within the continental United States.
Special orders and oversized/overweight items may not qualify.
Sales Tax, Discounts
Local US State Sales Taxes, Discounts and Shipping are calculated at checkout. Please note that taxes are the customer’s responsibility in locations where we don’t collect taxes on the government's behalf. If an order is placed from outside New York State, we are not required to collect sales taxes as part of the sale but you may be required to pay sales tax directly to your state government.
International Customs Fees, Import Duties, VAT Taxes, and Other Costs
NOTE: All customers outside of the USA are responsible for their own import duties, customs fee and any other tax or expense related to importing a US product into their country. Customers who order a product to be shipped outside the US but refuse to pay customs fees to the carrier or customs office will not receive a full refund if the items are refused or returned. See the rejection policy below for more details.
Unfortunately we have no control over import duties, customs fees or other international laws and processes that take place outside of the US.
Therefore, we strongly suggest customers shipping outside of the United States use a customs fee calculator (see below) so there are no surprises once your package arrives in your country.

Rejection Policy
Customers who purchase products and refuse to pay customs fees will not receive a full refund when the product is returned back to us. Return shipping, importer and shipper fees along with a restocking fee will be removed from the total amount refunded. These fees can add up quickly so please do not purchase and ship out of the USA unless you are prepared to pay your country's customs fees, if any.
