Refund policy

RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to provide your name and order number as proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you received "Free Shipping", your refund amount will be reduced by the cost we paid for shipping and handling. If you paid for shipping, any shipping costs you paid will not be refunded.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Space Lab Systems reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason or change this policy at any point.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns of custom products, special orders, personalized items, gift cards, or items that were purchased on sale.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be notified if your return has been accepted and a refund has been approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note: It can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post funds back to your account. 

RESTOCKING FEES
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at Space Lab Systems' discretion.
