Warranty is limited to original purchaser.

Space Lab Systems LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the limited warranty period of 24 months.

If the product fails because of such defects and Space Lab Systems LLC is notified within 24 months from the date of shipment with proof of original invoice from an authorized reseller, Space Lab Systems LLC will, at its option, provide replacement parts or replace the equipment.
The warranty does not cover the following:

• Products which have deteriorated through use or natural wear and tear
• Product defects which are the result of abuse, inappropriate use, aberrant environmental conditions, abnormal operating conditions, strain or inadequate maintenance or care.
• Product defects which are caused by the use of accessories, components or replacement parts which are not original components.
• Products which have been modified or altered.

Replacement parts or replacement units provided by Space Lab Systems LLC are warranted for 90 days from the date of shipment to the original purchaser.

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs incurred to return the product to Space Lab Systems LLC. If the product is covered under the warranty provisions above, Space Lab Systems LLC will replace parts or provide a replacement unit, and will be responsible for shipping costs to the customer.

The information in the manual has been carefully checked and is believed to be accurate. However, Space Lab Systems LLC assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracies that may be contained within the manual.

 

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

In no event will Space Lab Systems LLC be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any defect, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Space Lab Systems LLC will not be liable for damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of product, loss of time, interrupted operation or commercial loss or any other incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in equipment that is used with Space Lab Systems LLC products. 

This guarantee gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, all of which are expressly disclaimed.
